With over 15 years in Design experience, I turn complex systems into simple, human-centered solutions that people trust and enjoy. My focus goes beyond crafting interfaces— as a natural player-coach, I mentor and build high performing teams, foster innovation, and continue to grow as a visionary leader driving impact and fulfillment for people and businesses.

My Process

Throughout my career and education, I’ve been a strong advocate for the Human-Centered Design process, believing that the most impactful solutions come from deeply understanding people and their needs. I’ve applied frameworks such as the Double Diamond, Agile, and Lean methodologies to guide teams from discovery to delivery, ensuring that every decision is grounded in research and validated through iteration. Drawing inspiration from IDEO and LUMA methods, I use structured creativity to balance exploration with execution—helping teams think broadly, test fearlessly, and refine ideas into real, measurable outcomes. This approach has allowed me to connect user insights, business goals, and technology in a way that consistently drives clarity, innovation, and meaningful impact.

Off the Clock

When I’m not working, I love to travel, breathe in nature, knit, and play poker. I also enjoy performing and teaching ethnic songs and music to children—it’s one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.

Looking ahead, I’d love to bring my creativity and design experience into child education, helping create learning experiences that inspire curiosity and cultural connection.

As a ’90s kid, I grew up rewinding cassette tapes with a pen before discovering the world of the internet and cell phones. I saved files on floppy disks and now look at the save icon with a bit of nostalgia.
My lifelong curiosity about the evolving relationship between humans and machines continues to inspire me—and I’m still eagerly learning every day.
